Choose things you need to do, want to do and get moving. Focus on the task at hand and think later.
Challenge yourself to do it. Catch yourself when you’re ruminating instead of being in the present moment. Talking out loud to yourself can be effective for some people.
Important:
Plan ahead for your day.
Schedule tasks and recreational activities.
Keep moving. Push past immobilization.
